Tested Examined And Analyzed By Thye Institute Of Asain Gemology (Hereinafter called IAG)Carefully with Specialized Instrument,under 10x Magnification,includingfully Corrctd Triplet Loupe Ans Binocular Microscope. Color Master Stone Comparison,Electronic,card balance & ancillary Instruments as necessary. This Reports Considered Null And void if any alteration (s) is /are made to the gems/jewellery or to the report itself.
• In the Event Of any claim by the client or any person for the damage to gems/jewellery or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the report, the liability of IAG shall be limited to the amount it received as fee.in connection with this report.
• The parties recognized that the opinions may reasonably vary regarding characterstics Coverd in this report And hence IAG or any member or is staff at any time may not be held responsible for any discrepancy which may result from the application of other grading methods.
• this report shall be governed by Indian judicial systems and all matters,disputer or references to the arbitration shall be subject to jurisdiction within state of Delhi only.Grading subject to mounting limitation.
